6. Airways

Fastest, most comfortable, prestigious; covers mountains, deserts, forests, oceans. Preferred in NE due to big rivers, dissected relief, dense forests, floods, international frontiers. Pawan Hans helicopters for ONGC offshore and inaccessible J&K, HP, Uttarakhand, NE.

UDAN (RCS): Make flying affordable; encourage regional/remote routes via policies and incentives — “Ude Desh ka Aam Nagrik.”

7. Communication

Personal + mass communication (TV, radio, press, films).
